Equipment Issues
If a problem is determined to be an equipment defect, Intoxalock will cover the repair cost. If the issue is vehicle- or operator-related, the customer is responsible. Diagnostic fee: $75.
Lockouts
If your vehicle goes into lockout mode, you must contact Intoxalock and obtain a work order before coming into our service center. Call Intoxalock Customer Service at (877) 777-5020.
